Bracelet sizing
Tell us your wrist size in the basket and our watchmaker will size your bracelet before it's posted. The spare links go in the box.
Returns
Changed your mind? Send it back unworn, with its tags and protective films, within 30 days for a full refund — we'll send you a free insured returns label. Bracelets we've sized can still be returned with all their links.
Warranty
- New watches: the maker's 2-year warranty, handled by us
- Pre-owned watches: our own 12-month warranty on the movement
- Servicing and repairs: 12 months on the work we've done
Warranties don't cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the rated water resistance, or crystals and straps worn out by everyday use.

Are your pre-owned watches genuine?
Every one is checked by our watchmaker before it goes on sale — opened, inspected, timed and pressure tested. Each comes with a written condition report and our 12-month warranty.
How do I know a watch will fit?
Pop your wrist size into any watch page and we'll draw the watch on your wrist, to scale. We remember your size, so the shop can show only the watches that suit you.
Will my bracelet be sized?
Yes — free. Tell us your wrist size in the basket and we'll take out links before it's posted, keeping the spares in the box.
How often should a watch be serviced?
Mechanical watches every five to seven years, or sooner if it starts gaining or losing time. Quartz watches just need a new battery and seals every couple of years.
Can I return a watch?
Of course — send it back unworn, with its tags, within 30 days for a full refund. We'll send you a free insured returns label.
