What we collect

• Your name, email, phone and delivery address when you order
• Your wrist size, if you give it for bracelet sizing
• Details of watches you ask us to service, value or buy
• Your saved watch box and wrist size, kept only in your browser
• Payment details, handled securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number

How we use it

• To deliver your order and size your bracelet
• To quote for, carry out and return your repairs
• To make an offer on a watch you'd like to sell
• To send our emails, only if you've signed up

Repair tracker

Our repair tracker only shows a reference number and a short description of the watch — never your name or contact details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@bramleylocke.example. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
