How long does a full service take?
Usually three to four weeks, depending on parts. You can follow every step with the repair tracker.
Do you send watches away?
Almost never — nearly everything is done at our own bench. If a watch needs a part only the maker can supply, we'll tell you before we order it.
Can I post my watch to you?
Yes. Ask for a free insured postal pack when you book, and we'll send it back insured and signed for.
What if it isn't worth repairing?
We'll tell you honestly. Quotes are free, and there's nothing to pay if you decide not to go ahead.
