These terms apply when you use this website, buy from us, or leave a watch with us for servicing. Replace them with your own and have them checked.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once it's accepted.

Prices

Prices include VAT. If we make a pricing mistake we'll tell you before sending your order.

Pre-owned watches

Every pre-owned watch is described honestly, with a condition report and photos of the actual watch. Small signs of wear are normal and are shown. Years are given as accurately as we can from the serial number and papers.

Sizes and the wrist tool

The 'On your wrist' drawing and size guide are a helpful guide only — wrists vary in shape as well as size.

Servicing and repairs

We'll always give you a quote before starting work. Estimates on the website are a guide. Watches not collected within 3 months of being ready may be sold to cover the cost of the work, after we've written to you twice.

Selling us a watch

Offers made online are subject to seeing the watch. We may ask for proof of ownership and photo ID.

Returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we offer 30-day returns on unworn watches.
