Our Process
Every watch is inspected, cleaned, timed and guaranteed
What checks do you do?
Our watchmaker opens every watch, checks the movement and serial numbers, times it on our machine, pressure tests it and cleans the case and bracelet. If it needs a service, we do it before it goes on sale.
What do the condition grades mean?
Like new: no visible wear. Excellent: the lightest hairlines you'd need a loupe to see. Very good: light marks from careful wear. Good: honest wear, all shown in the photos and report.
What does 'full set' mean?
The watch comes with its original box and papers (or warranty card). It doesn't change how the watch runs, but collectors love it — and it helps if you sell it on.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every pre-owned watch has our own 12-month warranty on the movement.
